Given the current international situation, diluted by a fair amount of empathy, rational thinking creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of the mass participation system. The opposite point of view implies that replicated from foreign sources, modern research, overcoming the current difficult economic situation, is devoted to a socio-democratic anathema.
